The Livingroom in The Old Barn Self Catering Holiday Home Accommodation located near Balloo and Killinchy and close to Strangford Lough in Co Down, Northern Ireland. The Old Barn offers visitors unique self-catering accommodation on a 95 acre farm. Originally built as a barn in the late 1800's, the barn is now converted into a cosy holiday home and is set in classic County Down countryside.

Surrounded by green fields, trees and farm animals, this barn is a very peaceful, secluded place, yet only 1.5 miles from Balloo Village (which has a Post Office, Cash Machine from the Northern Bank, two Grocery Stores, a Restaurant/Pub, Tea-room, etc.) Our guests have the exclusive right to do some coarse fishing in the farm lake.

Strangford Lough (a designated area of outstanding natural beauty) is a mere five minutes drive away.

Out side the back of The Old Barn Self Catering Holiday Home Accommodation located near Balloo and Killinchy and close to Strangford Lough in Co Down, Northern Ireland.This self catering accommodation is within easy reach of several other towns/villages, country parks, cycle routes, golf courses, bird watching facilities, sailing clubs, tennis courts and many other family activities, sporting and leisure pursuits, thus making it an ideal base for young and old!

There are several Christian Heritage Sites in the area, including the Grave of St. Patrick.

Three National Trust Properties (from only 10-45 minutes drive away), will be a delight for all nature lovers and gardeners.
