- Living Room: Dining room table, comfortable seating, colour television, video player, radio/ cd player and multi-fuel (coal /peat and wood burning) stove.
- Ensuite Family Room, (shower, toilet, washhand basin and hot
press)
consists of:
- Master Bedroom; double bed, 2 large fitted wardrobes.
- Small Room; adjacent to master bedroom with guest bed.
N.B. As access to the master bedroom and bathroom
is through the small room, regulations require
us to classify these two bedrooms as a family room.
Downstairs:
- Hall: Gives access to front door and bedroom.
- Selfcontained Bedroom, contains:
- double bed
- ensuite toilet and wash basin, cloth hanging facilities and drawer space
- Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes - drying rack and rail; also outdoor drying facilities.
There is a garden (with garden furniture), which guests can use . It is secluded, safe for kids and the adults can enjoy some nice views over the surrounding countryside.
The barn is heated by a dual system; the radiators throughout the unit are heated by the wood burning stove (wood provided) or if you don't want to light the fire there are electric heaters for every room.
