The barn is available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival
The premises are to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, but we will endeavour to accommodate your personal needs if we possibly can

Initial enquiries may be made by telephone or by sending us the enquiry/ booking form by fax, post, or E-mail.( See our ’’Contact Us’’ page for details). We will respond as soon as possible.

Sorry, No Pets and No Smoking in the Barn please.

Your booking will only be secured on arrival of the following deposit:
- Weekend (all year around) £75.00
- Off peak season (October-March) - Half of the total price of your stay in £GBP
- High season (April-September & Public and Bank Holidays) - Half of the total price of your stay in £GBP
- Euro prices on request

For our UK visitors:
Deposits can be paid by (crossed) cheque, payable to James & Juliette Stewart and sent to:

For our overseas visitors:
The safest way to make payments is by a £ Sterling Bankers’ Draft or via Telegraphic Transfer.

The remainder of your holiday has to be paid in full on the day of arrival.

On receipt of your deposit we will issue a deposit/booking confirmation, which will detail the dates of your holiday and the total cost for the period of your stay in the barn.

The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the owner’s prior permission .

Guests are responsible for the barn during the period of hire, the clean condition of the property, all utensils and equipment at the end of the hire and for taking all reasonable care of the barn and its contents.

Prices include all reasonable heating and electricity charges, bed linen and logs for the wood burning stove. Towels will be provided for those guests not travelling in their own car.

The owners reserve the right to enter the Old Barn at any time for maintenance purposes etc.
